The highest quality oxidizing agent that we have made in our laboratories is hydrogen peroxide. When hydrogen peroxide is combined with a para-dye (precursor) an "imin" structure develops, creating a new compound called a meta-pigment. The hair is prepared to receive new pigments. We recommend that you only carry out the bleaching in specialized salons.
